Availability

At this time we offer parcel shipping. The Sweetgrass Duo with Center Table, Coastal Rectangle Dining Table, Coastal Square Table and Buoy Table are unable to ship and are local pickup or local delivery only. Products are available for local pickup or local delivery, depending on your location and order.

If you have questions about eligibility, delivery areas, or timing, please contact us before placing your order.

Lead Times

Most products are made to order. Lead times are listed on each product page and apply to that specific item.

If your order includes items with different production timelines, the longest lead time will apply.

Orders placed after 3 PM ET are processed the next business day.

For large quantity orders of 50 or more units of a single item, lead times may vary. Please contact us in advance.

Order Completion and Notifications

All products are manufactured in the United States. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a tracking number for shipments or instructions to schedule pickup or delivery.

Local Pickup

Pickup is coordinated in advance once your order is ready.

Please arrive within your scheduled window with an appropriate vehicle and any assistance needed for loading. On site loading assistance may be limited.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for select regions and orders. Delivery timing will be scheduled once your order is complete.

Delivery includes placement at your curb or driveway unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packaging removal and in home placement are not included unless specifically arranged.

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery and note any visible damage.

Address Changes

Built from durable Tangent™ poly lumber, this outdoor pedestal dining table delivers exceptional weather resistance, long-lasting performance, and minimal maintenance. Choose between a 34″ or 44″ tabletop, with the 44″ option offering generous space for meals and gatherings.

A built-in umbrella opening allows for seamless integration with a Palmetto Umbrella, providing effortless shade while maintaining clean, timeless lines. Sturdy, stylish, and designed to endure, this table makes outdoor dining a lasting pleasure.

Your Serenity™ Ebb Tide Table is built to withstand the elements with minimal upkeep. To keep it looking it’s best:

  • Poly Lumber– Simply wipe with a damp cloth or mild soap solution. Poly lumber resists fading, staining, and moisture, requiring no sealing or painting.

  • Seasonal Storage – Store under cover or use a protective furniture cover during extended periods of non-use for maximum longevity.

We want you to love your Ebb Tide Table. In the event that does not happen, here is what we offer to help:

  • Warranty: Covers materials and workmanship for 1 year, and fabric for 3–6 years depending on the type. Defective parts can be repaired or replaced.

  • Returns: Standard products can be returned within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Custom items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • How to File a Claim: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns are accepted without an RMA.
