Shipping Policy

Availability

At this time we offer parcel shipping. The Sweetgrass Duo with Center Table, Coastal Rectangle Dining Table, Coastal Square Table and Buoy Table are unable to ship and are local pickup or local delivery only. Products are available for local pickup or local delivery, depending on your location and order.

If you have questions about eligibility, delivery areas, or timing, please contact us before placing your order.

Lead Times

Most products are made to order. Lead times are listed on each product page and apply to that specific item.

If your order includes items with different production timelines, the longest lead time will apply.

Orders placed after 3 PM ET are processed the next business day.

For large quantity orders of 50 or more units of a single item, lead times may vary. Please contact us in advance.

Order Completion and Notifications

All products are manufactured in the United States. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a tracking number for shipments or instructions to schedule pickup or delivery.

Local Pickup

Pickup is coordinated in advance once your order is ready.

Please arrive within your scheduled window with an appropriate vehicle and any assistance needed for loading. On site loading assistance may be limited.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for select regions and orders. Delivery timing will be scheduled once your order is complete.

Delivery includes placement at your curb or driveway unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packaging removal and in home placement are not included unless specifically arranged.

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery and note any visible damage.

Delivery Requests

If you need your order by a specific date or would like to delay delivery, contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate.

Address Changes

For local delivery orders, address changes can be made at no charge before delivery is scheduled. Changes after scheduling may result in additional fees. Please contact us directly to update your information.

Multiple Package Shipments

Because packages may be handled separately by the carrier, they may not all arrive at the same time. If you receive only part of your order, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to confirm the total number of packages before contacting us.

The Palmetto High Tide Patio Set is a complete outdoor bar set with umbrella, designed for patios, pool decks, docks, and entertaining spaces that call for elevated seating.  This all-in-one package includes four High Tide Chairs, a coordinating High Tide Table, and a premium Sunbrella® canopy Palmetto Umbrella, making it an ideal solution for patios, pool decks, docks, and outdoor entertaining areas.

Crafted from Tangent™ Poly lumber, the table and chairs offer the classic look of wood with superior weather resistance and low-maintenance performance. The bar-height High Tide Chairs feature a supportive, comfortable design that encourages relaxed conversation, while the matching table provides a sturdy surface for drinks, meals, or gathering essentials.

Overhead, the Sunbrella® canopy umbrella delivers dependable shade with fade-resistant, solution-dyed acrylic fabric engineered for long-lasting outdoor use. Together, the furniture and umbrella create a cohesive, functional setup that’s built to withstand sun, moisture, and everyday use—season after season.

Note: This product does not include weights. You will need to purchase paver bricks or some other weighted medium for the table. See our assembly and manuals page for more details on our recommended weights.

Your Cool Shade™ Palmetto umbrella and table are built to withstand the elements with minimal upkeep. To keep them looking their best:

  • Umbrella – Close when not in use and during high winds. Spot clean fabric with mild soap and water; allow to air dry. Frame components can be rinsed with fresh water to remove salt or debris.
  • Poly Lumber– Simply wipe with a damp cloth or mild soap solution. Poly lumber resists fading, staining, and moisture, requiring no sealing or painting.

Seasonal Storage – Store under cover or use a protective furniture cover during extended periods of non-use for maximum longevity.

 

We want you to love your Palmetto Umbrella. In the event that does not happen, here is what we offer to help:

  • Warranty: Covers materials and workmanship for 1 year, and fabric for 3–6 years depending on the type. Defective parts can be repaired or replaced.
  • Returns: Standard products can be returned within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Custom items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • How to File a Claim: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns are accepted without an RMA.
