Your Serenity™ Buoy Table is built to withstand the elements with minimal upkeep. To keep it looking it’s best:
Poly Lumber– Simply wipe with a damp cloth or mild soap solution. Poly lumber resists fading, staining, and moisture, requiring no sealing or painting.
Seasonal Storage – Store under cover or use a protective furniture cover during extended periods of non-use for maximum longevity.
We want you to love your Buoy Table. In the event that does not happen, here is what we offer to help:
Warranty: Covers materials and workmanship for 1 year, and fabric for 3–6 years depending on the type. Defective parts can be repaired or replaced.
Returns: Standard products can be returned within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Custom items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
How to File a Claim: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns are accepted without an RMA.
