A High End Community Pool lacking Umbrellas
Community pool umbrellas brings both style and functionality to outdoor spaces, no one knows that better than the Beresford Creek Landing neighborhood. They count on their pool as a central gathering spot. The issue: the umbrellas were worn, torn, and looked cheap. What the space needed was shade that could hold up to daily use and furnishings that matched the level of care the community puts into everything else.
The Challenge
Pool deck lacked adequate shade over existing lounge chairs, limiting comfort during peak afternoon heat

8 commercial-grade 10′ commercial pool umbrellas, strategically positioned to provide full shade coverage over existing lounge chair areas
10 Bourbon outdoor side tables placed between seating zones, giving residents a dedicated surface for drinks, phones, and personal items

Our approach
Shade and Function, Designed as One
The Beresford Creek Landing project started with a straightforward problem: a pool deck that wasn’t living up to its potential. The lounge chairs were there. The residents wanted to use the space. What was missing was coverage and convenience.
Eight commercial-grade 10′ community pool umbrellas went in over the existing lounge areas, positioned to eliminate the gaps in shade that push people back inside during the hottest parts of the day. Ten Bourbon side tables filled in around the seating, spaced so every chair had a surface within reach. No reaching across, no setting things on the ground, and no more lost items.
The result was a complete refinement of the space. The right commercial pool deck furniture in the right places, and a pool deck that finally matched the community it was a part of.
