Your Sweetgrass Duo with Center Table, Loveseat and Coffee Table is built to withstand the elements with minimal upkeep. To keep them looking their best:
Cushions – Bring inside during heavy storms. Spot clean fabric with mild soap and water; allow to air dry.
Poly Lumber– Simply wipe with a damp cloth or mild soap solution. Poly lumber resists fading, staining, and moisture, requiring no sealing or painting.
We want you to love your Sweetgrass Duo with Center Table. In the event that does not happen, here is what we offer to help:
Warranty: Covers materials and workmanship for 1 year, and fabric for 3–6 years depending on the type. Defective parts can be repaired or replaced.
Returns: Standard products can be returned within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Custom items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
How to File a Claim: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns are accepted without an RMA.
