Your cushions are built to withstand the elements with minimal upkeep. To keep then looking their best:
Canvas – Spot clean fabric with mild soap and water; allow to air dry.
We want you to love your cushions. In the event that does not happen, here is what we offer to help:
Warranty: Covers materials and workmanship for 1 year, and fabric for 3–6 years depending on the type. Defective parts can be repaired or replaced.
Returns: Standard products can be returned within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Custom items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
How to File a Claim: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns are accepted without an RMA.
