At this time, we do not offer parcel or freight shipping. Products are available for local pickup or local delivery only, depending on your location and order.

We plan to introduce shipping options in Spring 2026. This policy will be updated when shipping becomes available.

Lead Times

Most products are made to order. Lead times are listed on each product page and apply to that specific item.

If your order includes items with different production timelines, the longest lead time will apply.

Orders placed after 3 PM ET are processed the next business day.

For large quantity orders of 50 or more units of a single item, lead times may vary. Please contact us in advance.

Order Completion and Notifications

All products are manufactured in the United States. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule pickup or delivery.

Local Pickup

Pickup is coordinated in advance once your order is ready.

Please arrive within your scheduled window with an appropriate vehicle and any assistance needed for loading. On site loading assistance may be limited.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for select regions and orders. Delivery timing will be scheduled once your order is complete.

Delivery includes placement at your curb or driveway unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packaging removal and in home placement are not included unless specifically arranged.

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery and note any visible damage.

If you need your order by a specific date or would like to delay delivery, contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate.

Address Changes

For local delivery orders, address changes can be made at no charge before delivery is scheduled. Changes after scheduling may result in additional fees. Please contact us directly to update your information.

Your Bourbon Chairs, Ottoman and Side Table are built to withstand the elements with minimal upkeep. To keep them looking their best:

  • Cushions – Bring cushions inside during heavy storms. Spot clean fabric with mild soap and water; allow to air dry. 
  • Poly Lumber– Simply wipe with a damp cloth or mild soap solution. Poly lumber resists fading, staining, and moisture, requiring no sealing or painting.

Seasonal Storage – Use the Serenity Chair Cover during extended periods of non-use for maximum longevity.

We want you to love your Palmetto Umbrella. In the event that does not happen, here is what we offer to help:

  • Warranty: Covers materials and workmanship for 1 year, and fabric for 3–6 years depending on the type. Defective parts can be repaired or replaced.
  • Returns: Standard products can be returned within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Custom items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • How to File a Claim: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns are accepted without an RMA.
