Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At LaPorte Products, we take pride in crafting high-quality outdoor furnishings and umbrellas. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned or exchanged subject to the terms below.

Return & Exchange Window

All furniture and umbrella products may be returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must:

  • Be in new and unused condition
  • Be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Not show signs of misuse, modification, damage, or improper care
  • Include all original components and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products with mold, mildew, or improper maintenance
  • Custom or special-order products (if applicable)
  • Products damaged due to acts of God, theft, or loss

Shipping Damage & Defect Reporting

Any shipping damage and/or product defects must be reported within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Failure to report damage or defects within this timeframe may result in denial of a return, exchange, or warranty claim.

Return Authorization Required

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact LaPorte Products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product.

Photos of the product and packaging may be required in order to process the request. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by LaPorte Products. LaPorte Products is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
